Justice Abdullahi Muhammad Liman wey give di order, still talk say make NERC and KEDCO no take any step until dem hear and decide on top di motion on notice wey di applicants file.
Justice Liman still yarn say make NERC and KEDCO no threaten or try to commot di applicants from electricity supply because dem no gree pay di new money wey dem put for April 2024 supplementary order until dem hear di main case.
Di court order follow afta dem hear di motion of exparte wey di lawyer for di applicants, Abubakar Balarabe Mahmud and Yahaya Isa Abdulkareem, move wit affidavit wey one Engineer Aliyu Jibrin Abdullahi swear.
