Bello, wey be pikin of former Kaduna governor Nasir El-Rufai, yarn say he dey very sorry for all di way he take condemn Jonathan government that time.
As him take talk for Channels TV Politics Today program for Thursday night, Bello confess say na ignorance and youthful overconfidence make am do wetin him do.
According to am, na when he see say him papa dey plan go meet President Jonathan for political matter, na im sense begin clear for him eye.
Bello say:
“That day I waka go meet my papa, I see say him dey dress go out. I ask am where him dey go. Na im him tell me say he dey go see President Jonathan. I shock! Because that time wey I dey young and dey do like say na me wise pass, I dey always criticise Jonathan.”
“I even forget say dat time, we get beta governance pass wetin we dey see now. Na that moment I tell my papa, ‘abeg, when you see am, help me tell am say I dey sorry, I don wise now.’”
Bello still add say di problem no be about one person, na the whole system dey spoil things.
“Why I call President Jonathan be say, for Africa, e no easy to lose election and comot like gentleman. But he do am.”
